Owner - Therapist: Vanessa McCaskey, MA, LMFT

I'm so happy to introduce myself to you! I grew up on the westside of Indianapolis with 1 younger sister and primarily in a single-parent, then later, blended family home. After graduating high school I attended Franklin College in Franklin, IN. My original goal was to become a Spanish teacher. I obtained a BA in Spanish with a minor in Religious Studies. However, when I conducted my internship with the Marion Co Juvenile Probation Center, I saw first hand that many of the youth who were on probation got to where they were as a product of their environment or lack of knowledge in regards to a healthy way of life. This work led me to seek becoming a therapist. I applied to Christian Theological Seminary where I got accepted into their marriage and family therapy program. I began my master's degree program following graduation from Franklin College in 2012. In August 2015, I graduated from Christian Theological Seminary with a MA in Marriage and Family therapy. My experience includes, but is not limited to: working with families, individuals, and couples in a private practice setting, working as a mental health therapist connected to a Suboxone Clinic for 4-5 years (where I became well-versed with addiction), school-based therapist, trauma based therapist at Eskenazi Health working with victims of violence, and 6 years contracted as a home-based therapist with the Department of Child Services where I had in-depth experience working with bio-parents/family, foster or adoptive parents/family, and youth in foster care ranging from 3years old to 18years old. I currently specialize in foster/adoption, kids/adolescents/teens/young adults experiencing trauma, behavioral issues, anxiety/depression, life transitions, divorce situations, and blending families. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 2 kids. My hobbies and fun days include making cupcakes/cakes, teaching dance and being a dance mom for my daughter, football for my son, being on the PTO board at my kid's school, watching documentaries, singing/music, being a part of my amazing church, working out, family trips, date nights with my husband, lunches with friends, and embracing all of life's moments as they come. I am trained in using a systems and collaborative approach. I strive to always meet the client where they are at and work from there. I truly believe that each of us are impacted by out environment, atmosphere, and people around us. ALL of our stories are difference and unique and there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to therapy.
Emily George, LMHC

Hello and welcome! I am so excited to help you start feeling your best. My name is Emily George, I received my bachelor's from the University of Pittsburgh in French, Spanish, and History, and worked in the customer service field for almost a decade before discovering my true passion is for mental health. I received my master's in clinical mental health counseling from the University of the Cumberlands in 2021, and I have been working with individuals, couples, and families since. I work from a person-centered perspective, which really just means I will treat you as an individual and use techniques and treatments that work best for you. I incorporate things like cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy to help meet your goals. I have a passion for working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, postpartum/maternity, trauma, adult ADHD, and relationship stressors. In my free time I like to read and craft, and spend time with my husband and crazy toddler. I'm new to the Indy area so we've been busy exploring fun places.
Bobbi-Jo Snyder, MA, LMHCA

Hi and welcome! I’m Bobbi-Jo Snyder, and I am delighted to introduce myself.
First, a little about my educational background; I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Indianapolis, and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cornerstone University. During my internship, I focused on working with young clients, particularly elementary school age providing school based therapy services. This was such a joy for me as I love working with kids. Being a therapist for me, goes deeper than just a job. I want to give my clients a chance to have a safe space to express themselves and what they are going through. I myself have had my own past mental health struggles, so I can use the empathy and understanding I have grown from those things to help people feel as though they are not alone in the world. I also have a passion for helping adults in healthcare (Health Providers, First Responders, etc.). From my previous healthcare experience, I have seen the need to help others navigate the delicate balances, struggles, and emotions healthcare workers face on a daily basis. My interests in therapy include Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Therapy which I integrate within sessions in a collaborative way. If you have questions about those styles of therapy I'd be happy to help explain what those entail! In all, I am passionate about working with those who struggle with anxiety, school issues, self-esteem, and life transitions. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my fiancé and our dog, traveling, reading and playing games. My most recent venture is cross-stitching which has been so relaxing! I am excited to meet you and walk along side of you!
Colleen Bernhardt, MA, LMFT

Hello and Welcome!
Taking the first step toward therapy requires immense courage, and I am committed to providing a welcoming, supportive space for your healing journey.
I earned my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University and have experience working in both private practice and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which I tailor to each client's unique needs. I also incorporate Brainspotting to help clients process difficult or traumatic experiences on a deeper level. Whether we meet in person or through telehealth, I believe therapy is most effective when it is a collaborative experience. Together, we'll identify the tools and strategies that align with your goals, strengths, and values. I am passionate about helping clients manage anxiety, develop healthy coping skills for depression, navigate life transitions, strengthen relationships, and build more resilient, fulfilling lives. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy playing the piano, dancing, cooking, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family. These activities help me stay grounded and remind me of the importance of balance, joy, and meaningful connection—values I strive to bring into my work with every client.
Rebekah Frazer, MA, LMHC associate
Hi! I'm Rebekah! Nice to meet you!
I believe that everyone deserves a place where they can show up exactly as they are—without judgment, pressure, or having to pretend everything is okay. Life can be messy, overwhelming, and unpredictable, and you don't have to navigate it alone. Whether you're feeling anxious, burned out, stuck, navigating a major life change, or simply trying to make sense of what's next, I'm here to walk alongside you. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported while we work together to build the confidence, skills, and resilience you need to move forward. For more than a decade, I've had the privilege of supporting pre-teens, adolescents, young adults, families, and educators through some of life's most challenging moments. As both a school counselor and an educational leader, I've seen firsthand the pressures people carry and how easy it is to put everyone else's needs before their own. Those experiences inspired me to expand my work into mental health counseling so I could continue helping people in a more personal and meaningful way. As a pre-licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate practicing under clinical supervision, I take a collaborative and client-centered approach to therapy. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you uncover your strengths, navigate obstacles, and find practical tools that fit your unique needs. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, cuddling with my cats, exploring local antique shops and flea markets, or searching for the next hidden treasure. I believe in finding joy in the little things, and I strive to bring that same warmth, curiosity, and authenticity into every session. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I'm honored to be part of your journey. Wherever you are today, you don't have to figure it all out on your own.
